The company will showcase its advanced technology solutions in support of the defense and intelligence communities.
Arlington, VA— Advanced technology and creative design company, U.Group, is set to join leaders from across the defense, innovation, and intelligence communities for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)’s annual conference, Department of Defense Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) Worldwide.
The DoDIIS conference is an immersive learning experience that brings together a cross-sector consortium of IT professionals, to discuss their shared interest in the future of technology, data sharing, and global security. This year’s theme, “Redundancy, Resiliency, Security: Adapting to Assymetric Threats,” is both ambitious and attainable—and something that U.Group’s expertise can help defense partners achieve.
From August 18-21, the U.Group team will be on-site in Tampa, FL sharing more about the company’s broad capabilities and deep experience supporting government partners of all kinds. “From working with the Department of Defense to streamline and automate its SBIR program, to using data science and machine learning to uncover suspicious foreign investment activity, U.Group helps government partners leverage technology for maximum impact,” said Chief Technology Officer, Carlyle Davis.
The company’s interactive exhibit booth will include live demonstrations of our mission enhancement and mission support products—which are transforming DoD processes from the inside out—as well as a mixed reality training scenario using Magic Leap One. Head of Immersive Experience, Jordan Higgins, had this to say about the company’s commitment to emerging technology, “immersive technologies like AR, VR, and Mixed Reality aren’t just cool— they are powerful tools for accelerating training, analyzing data, and improving performance. At U.Group we are committed to researching and unlocking that potential to really change the game for many of our customers.”
Earlier this year, the company purchased holographic football training platform, PRE-GAME PREP—a technology that has extensive military and defense training applications. Stop by booth 746 at DoDIIS Worldwide to learn more!
