Digital transformation services and products company U.Group today announced key additions to its leadership team, promoting current VP of Strategic Growth Amanda Eamich to Chief Growth Officer, and adding Todd Davis as Chief Technology Officer.
“U.Group is off to a strong start in 2021 and I am excited to witness the innovation and expertise Amanda and Todd will bring to their new roles,” said founder and CEO Ahmad Ishaq.
Amanda joined U.Group predecessor CHIEF in 2014 and was instrumental in building CHIEF’s marketing and strategy practice, as well as business strategy, prior to its joining forces with ByteCubed in 2018. As U.Group emerged in 2019, Amanda expanded her role, creating new delivery services and corporate strategies for the company. Prior to 2014, Amanda drove digital innovation and communications at the U.S. Department of Agriculture for 10 years, last serving as the Department’s first Director of Web Communications.
As Chief Growth Officer, Amanda will direct strategic growth across U.Group, integrating its world-class products and services to expand client opportunities and respond to market demands. Amanda will integrate U.Group’s capture, business development, partner strategy, and marketing efforts so they can seamlessly support U.Group’s full spectrum of digital transformation strategies in every sector.
U.Group hired Todd Davis as Chief Technology Officer to be a catalyst for exponential growth through cutting-edge product and technology capabilities delivered to customers. Todd will lead U.Group’s engineering and products teams that support critical operations in the defense, homeland security, intelligence, civilian, and commercial sectors. His commercial experience leading large complex organizations will be invaluable as U.Group continues strengthening our technology practice in close collaboration with our experience capabilities.
Prior to coming to U.Group, Todd led the data and technology teams in the design and delivery of tokenized gold platform e-wallets at Emergent Technology Holdings. Davis also served as the COO and CTO of S&P Global. He founded their enterprise digital transformation and data divisions and led technology teams across the globe.
“With our expanded leadership team and evolving delivery model, U.Group is poised to accomplish tremendous results and lead cutting edge innovation for our customers, who provide vital services to communities worldwide,” said Khalid Hassouneh, Chief Operating Officer.
