Svetlana Sadigurski brings 10 years of expertise in project management to her role of managing integrated marketing, branding, communications, public relations, web, and media campaigns for a portfolio of U.Group’s federal government, nonprofit, and commercial clients. She serves as the clients’ main point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle—ensuring that U.Group’s deliverables are in line with client and contractual expectations, adhere to process, and meet desired plan objectives and performance metrics.
Throughout her career, Svetlana has managed a variety of integrated marketing projects that span digital and traditional mediums. She has managed project teams and collaborated across departments to define project requirements, developed and managed workflows, and coordinated with third-party vendors and freelance personnel. She has experience managing project schedules, conducting budget forecasting, managing contracts and billing, identifying and mitigating risks, and overseeing change management to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. Always seeking ways to improve the status quo, Svetlana also implemented a company-wide communication tool that connected peripheral departments and created a culture of transparency where information was sought out and planned.
Svetlana holds a BS in Marketing and a BA in German from Arizona State University.
