As Sales Operations Administrator, Meredith Ali works closely with U.Group’s Business Development team to analyze sales pipelines and identify key growth opportunities for the company. Meredith also oversees sales data to ensure it is consistent throughout all platforms.
Prior to joining U.Group, Meredith worked within sales operations at a document solutions company and a nonprofit organization. She supported business development teams consisting of dozens of sales representatives internationally. By fulfilling client needs and fine-tuning business operations, she has become an expert in order processing and contracting.
Meredith also brings with her years of customer relationship management experience with Salesforce. As a Salesforce administrator, Meredith creates reports and dashboards to evaluate sales pipelines and metrics. She develops workflows to simplify and improve processes across business units. She has a flair for problem solving, developing process efficiencies, and providing the best possible customer support.
Meredith holds a BS in English Literature from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
