In her role as Vice President, Experience, Megan Peterman oversees all aspects of our Digital Agency’s work– across Design, UX, and Strategy – building impactful experiences, brands, and marketing campaigns that deliver results.
Megan brings over a decade of experience leading teams and clients through customer experience transformations, powered by design, analytics, and technology. She has led cross-functional teams across the public and private sector including AT&T, Sprint, Amtrak, and the Census Bureau.
Her diverse background in business strategy, marketing, program management, design thinking, and digital technology uniquely positions her to provide human-centered solutions to transform organizations while engaging and empowering customers and team members.
Megan holds a BS in public policy from Boston University, and an MBA from University of Washington.
