McRae Lenahan Lent is a seasoned, mindful communicator with over 13 years of experience supporting some of the world’s most respected and recognized organizations.
In her current role as Program Director at U.Group, McRae leads our Applied Sciences Communications Team at NASA Earth Science. She is charged with seeking dynamic storytelling opportunities and ensuring that deliverables align with strategic objectives, while also meeting and exceeding day-to-day client expectations.
Previously, McRae led internal efforts to develop a website and a coordinated launch strategy for one of the company’s most high-visibility customers. Throughout this engagement, she worked closely with Leadership and customer points of contact to ensure project success.
Prior to joining U.Group, McRae worked on various initiatives for a Fortune 500 company, notably driving program enrollment and retention for their $300 million small business portfolio through multi-channel marketing campaigns. Additionally, she served as a corporate identity lead by creating brand standards, providing strategic recommendations on related projects, and ensuring overall consistent expression of the international organization’s identity.
McRae earned her BS in Consumer Sciences from the University of Georgia.
