As a Content Strategist, Mary Carroll-Mason supports U.Group through her expertise in communications and UX to create meaningful, user-centric digital content. By using a variety of qualitative and quantitative approaches, she leverages data to create and optimize content that is findable and useful for readers.
Prior to joining U.Group, Mary worked for one of the nation’s largest home services franchisors, where she managed content marketing and digital strategy for a nationwide plumbing brand. She also worked in higher education for several years, overseeing digital strategy for multiple departments at the University of Maryland.
Mary’s experience includes website content management, content marketing, SEO analysis, and social media content development.
Mary holds a BA in History from UMBC and is pursuing an MS in Interaction Design and Information Architecture at the University of Baltimore.
