Khalid leads U.Group’s delivery of industrial policy, supply chain, and economic risk solutions to our defense and national security clients. As program director, he manages a team of cross-functional domain leaders—including analysts, technical experts, data scientists, and developers—delivering support solutions and business intelligence tools to overcome our clients’ most complex problems.
Prior to his current role, Khalid led ByteCubed’s Economics and Investments team supporting the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Policy. In this role, he and his team were focused on assessing the impact of global market trends and developments on the Defense Industrial Base and supporting the office’s Business Intelligence & Analytics, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Global Markets groups.
Prior to joining U.Group in 2015, Khalid served as an Analyst reporting to the Chief Financial Officer of the University of South Florida System.
Khalid earned a BA and MA in Economics from the University of South Florida before attaining his MBA from George Washington University.
