Jordan Higgins leads immersive design at U.Group. He works with public sector, nonprofit, and commercial customers to explore real-world applications for how augmented, virtual, and mixed reality can change the way we learn, collaborate, and visualize data about the world around us.
Jordan previously worked in user experience and digital strategy for the Department of Defense and United States Senate. At the United States Senate, he helped senators and committees unlock the potential of their websites and social media channels to better engage and communicate with constituents.
Jordan serves as co-chair of the Defense & Intel Committee for the VR/AR Association. He also serves as President of UXPA DC and is an adjunct professor at the School of Art at George Mason University.
Jordan holds a BA in Interaction Design from George Mason University, and an MS in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
