As Creative Director, Jeff Walter sets the vision and strategic approach for U.Group’s award-winning creative team. His diverse background includes brand development, retail marketing, and corporate communications. In a previous leadership role at CHIEF, Jeff was instrumental in elevating the agency’s brand practice and reputation as one of the top creative shops in DC.
For over two decades, Jeff has delivered award-winning brand experiences for commercial and government sector clients. Throughout his career, he has defined brand identities and created immersive experiences for a wide range of high profile clients including: The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, The U.S. Mint, Hampton Inn, Limited Too, Justice, Howard University, GEICO, Bath and Body Works, Bob Evans, and YWCA. His work has received numerous awards from industry organizations like American Advertising Federation and AIGA.
Jeff received his education from the Columbus College of Art and Design with a focus on illustration.
