Jason Talley has over 14 years of experience in innovative, results-driven program management, human resources leadership, training and coaching with experience in organizational development, talent management, change management, and staff development.
In his current role, Jason works directly with account managers, project managers, program administrators, and others to ensure dedicated teams are well supported, optimized to deliver quality work, and skills are aligned with current and future requirements.
Previously, Jason served as a program manager for the Department of Defense (DoD) Small Business Innovation Research/Small Business Technology Transfer programs (SBIR/SBTT). In this role, Jason implemented and directed a virtual accelerator for the DoD.
Before joining U.Group, Jason supported government clients such as the Department of Defense, Department of State, Department of Energy, Department of Homeland Security, and US AFRICOM.
Jason earned a BA in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University and holds dual MAs in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland. He also maintains the Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and Society for Human Resources Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications.
