With over 20 years of experience in management, sales, recruiting, and government contracting, David’s career has given him the depth of experience and breadth of knowledge needed to succeed in this pivotal business function. In his previous role as Chief Operating Officer at CHIEF, David was responsible for establishing and maintaining processes to support compliance with government regulations and contracting guidelines including FAR, FTR, and company-specific requirements.
Prior to that role, David was the Director of Business Development for Mind & Media, Inc., and Sales & Operations Director at Royal Personnel Consultants, Inc. He also has deep public sector experience, having served in both active duty and reserve components of the U.S. military, as a Recruiter and also as a Marketing & Advertising Director, retiring with more than twenty years service in 2007.
David is a multi-year recipient of Washington-based SmartCEO magazine’s Executive Management Award, a tribute to his commitment to achieving corporate and client goals.
David holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
