Christal Richards brings nine years of experience in both digital and traditional media to her role at U.Group. She currently leads our efforts to provide you with winning media strategies that connect you with your audiences.
In prior roles, Christal has led media companies, supporting some of the most recognizable brands including Starbucks, Miller Lite, and Gatorade. Christal built her career developing media strategies that balance efficiency and effectiveness to drive measurable business results. She is passionate about using data to uncover audience insights—and then creating strategies around them.
Outside of work, Christal is involved in a mentorship program that empowers first-generation students from low-income communities to graduate high school, succeed in college, and achieve their ambitions. She is also involved in her family’s charity, which annually returns to Jamaica to provide school supplies to students in need.
Christal holds a BA in Communication and an MA in Integrated Marketing Communication from Florida State University.
