Caroline Moh is a business development and capture professional with nearly a decade of experience. She specializes in working with stakeholders to articulate functional and technical expertise, demonstrating a clear understanding of problem-solving through unique insights and innovations.
Caroline began her career working on international development proposals and projects before transitioning to IT and marketing. Her professional experience includes work throughout the US as well as in the Caribbean, Central America, Western Africa, and Southeast Asia. She has technical experience in a wide range of IT support services, civic education, youth engagement, rule of law and anti-violence, financial management, organizational development, process development/improvement, and strategic planning.
Caroline is trained in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) procurement proposal and project processes and is a Certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) 4 Agilist (SA).
Caroline holds a BA in History from the College of William and Mary, and an MPA with a focus on Public Policy from George Mason University. She also holds a certificate in Public Management from George Mason University.
