In her role as Chief Growth Officer, Amanda Eamich leads strategic growth by connecting her intimate knowledge of customer needs and market trends with U.Group’s industry-leading products and services. She draws upon her deep expertise in marketing and digital transformation to convey U.Group’s thought leadership through innovative engagements and service delivery.
Amanda blends her unique experience leading change – first as a civil servant, and now as trusted strategist and partner in the private sector – to shape strategic opportunities and lead capture efforts executed across all sectors at U.Group. Since joining the company in 2014, Amanda has led cross-functional teams delivering award-winning work among clients like NASA, the U.S. Department of State, Department of Justice, and the National Park Foundation, to name a few.
She is a connector and collaborator, seeking to enhance partnerships among public and private sector, and is an alumnus of the ACT-IAC Partners program. Previously, Amanda spent a decade serving as a communications and digital strategist at the Department of Agriculture. Named one of FedScoop’s “Top 25 Most Influential People Under 40 in Gov and Tech,” Amanda is a frequent lecturer at universities and speaker at conferences in Australia, Austin, and in the virtual beyond.
Amanda earned her BA in Government and International Politics from George Mason University before earning her MA in Media and Public Affairs at the George Washington University.
